GARME KE LIYE BEST AHAR

NARIYAL PANI :— garme ke mosam me badan me pani ke kami ho jati hai iske lea achche pai padarth ka upyog karna chahea . nariyal pani sabse achcha pai padarth me se aik hai . garme me nariyal pani pena chahea ye badan me pani ke kame nahe hone deta . agar kise ko diariya ya ulti dast hojaye tou nariyal ka pani pena faydemand hota hai . ye pani ke kami ko pura karta hai aur zaroore poshak ahar bhe deta hai .

KAKDI :— kakdi pani ka bohot achcha suroot hai isme 96% pani hota hai . islea kakdi garmi me khana bohot ziyada faydemand hota hai . kakdi me vitamin A , B1 , B6 , C , D , aur potassium , phosphorus aur iron paya jata hai . ye badan me hone wale qabz ko bhe dour karta hai aur badan ko mazboot banata hai .

MATHA :— matha poshtik gudon se bhar poor hota hai . ye badan ko rogon se bachata hai . ye garme me foran badan ko thandak deta hai . khane ke bad matha pene se pachan theek hota hai . isme calcium , protein , potassium , aur vitamin B hota hai .
